Join Erika Ruber, Nia Black Belt, LCSW for this 5-week series designed for "helping professionals". Each session will combine an extended Nia class Focus of the Five Principles of the Body's Way and Nia class, followed by group share, process, and experiential learning.
Learning how to follow the "map of your body" will help you to be more present and effective with others. Learn how to listen and receive information from the body and make your profession more joyful, sustainable, and meaningful. Registration is open to Therapists, Social Workers, Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Teachers, Naturopathic Doctors, Acupuncturists, Medical Doctors, Nurses, and other Health Care Professionals.
Course outlines are available on an as-needed basis for Continuing Application Credits
